About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Summary**

As an Installer at JD.com, Inc., you will be responsible for the efficient and safe installation of a variety of products, ranging from home appliances and furniture to complex electronics, at customer locations. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service and accurate product setup.

Job Responsibilities**

• Safely transport and deliver products to customer homes or businesses.
• Unpack, assemble, and install a diverse range of products according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Conduct pre-installation checks and post-installation testing to ensure proper functionality.
• Educate customers on product usage, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including installation reports, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback forms.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient installations.
• Identify and report any product defects or damage during the installation process.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a relevant field (e.g., appliance repair, electronics installation) is a plus.
• Proven experience in product installation, assembly, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with basic tools and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings, as required.
