This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Senior Quality Inspector (w/m/d) at our distribution center in Wickrath, Germany!

This is fully on site role based at Distribution Center in Wickrath.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess performance of the merchandise and enter all results in the respective quality application tool
• Supervise, guide, and coordinate the daily activities of inspectors to ensure inspection effectiveness, consistency, and on-time completion
• Allocate inspection assignments
• Escalate failed results according to SOPs and act fast in a dynamic business environment
• Provide proactive solutions to detected issues
• Conduct quality alignment sessions to ensure consistent interpretation and application of quality standards across the inspection team
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and technical guidance to inspectors to improve inspection skills and quality awareness
• Act as a key point of contact for inspection-related quality topics
• Manage the respective KPI’s
  
  

What You Bring

• High school diploma, university degree, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control, specifically in Receiving Inspection within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of Quality Control functions in a manufacturing environment, including the use of quality application tools (e.g. Pivot88)
• Fluent in English and German (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate inspection teams effectively
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow documented procedures and standards
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and systems such as PDM/PLM (Product Data Management/Product Lifecycle Management)
