Position Description

• Lead end- to- end primary and secondary market research to uncover customer needs and market opportunities.
• Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and risks.
• Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating cross- functionally with product, segment, and marketing teams.
• Improve market intelligence by integrating advanced methods, including AI tools.
• Manage and scale knowledge sharing through a centralized system for market data and insights.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Master's degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutics, or a related field. A PhD degree is a plus
• Proven experience in market research, with a minimum of 5+ years in relevant roles, preferably in a B2B context
• Proficient with market research and survey design tools like SurveyMoney or Alchemer
• Excellent English language skills
• Experienced in vendor relationship management
