YOUR TASKS

• Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitors
• Develop sales arguments, train our global sales team and support with technical expertise
• Identify new business opportunities globally and develop product strategies
• Conduct customer workshops and gathers feedback for product improvements (Voice of Customer)
• Initiate new product development by defining requirements for new products or product variants in collaboration with customers, sales, and development teams
• Works closely with engineers and designers to specify product features
• Accompany the development process to ensure the product meets market demands
• Work with marketing teams on positioning and promoting new products and creating product documentation, brochures, and training materials
• Analyze profitability and revenue development of products
• Implement measures to optimize economic efficiency
  
  

Your Requirements

• You have completed training or a degree with a technical background and have experience in the sale of technical components or systems
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally as product manager or in a technically innovative environment
• You have an independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working, a strong hands-on mentality and a high sense of responsibility and reliability
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
