What would you do?

• Exhaustive analysis of sales performance, margins and profitability from different business perspectives (by commercial division, product family, market, channels)
• Analysis of market reports and comparison with the company's performance to identify strategic perspectives
• Monitoring of Commercial Alerts and Recommendations, for the generation of business opportunities
• Support in negotiations to ensure profitable operations
• Monitoring and control of the performance of the commercial structure. Incentive Calculation
• Generation and management of the P&L of the different business units, as well as the monitoring of the main items of this
• Preparation of the division's budget
  
  

The Baker we’re looking for...

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or Economics
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• German language proficiency + English or/and Spanish
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strategic vision to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach to solving business challenges
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage pressure situations
• Experience in the industrial sector and/or FMCG is a plus.
