Who We Are
Our mission has begun. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and the ramp-up of our global headquarters for global cell production. As the heart of the company, the Operations department assumes overall responsibility for the production process. The division takes over all production-related activities within battery cell production. Our tasks include the planning, construction and introduction of the upcoming battery cell factories. In addition, the planning and implementation of functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management are also key elements in the area of operations.
Your Role And Key Responsibilities

Your Role And Key Responsibilities
- Unterstützung des Projektmanagers bei der Projektplanung, Fortschrittsverfolgung und Berichterstattung
- Bereite Projektbesprechungsmaterialien vor und zeichne Besprechungsprotokolle auf
- Verwaltung von Projektdokumentationen und -materialien, um deren Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit sicherzustellen
- Identifizieren, Aufzeichnen und Verfolgen von Projektrisiken und -problemen
- Unterstützung des Projektteams bei der Ressourcenzuweisung und -koordination, um eine reibungslose Projektabwicklung zu gewährleisten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten, die in der Lage sind, effektiv mit Teammitgliedern und Stakeholdern zu interagieren
- Kenntnisse in der Microsoft Office-Suite (z. B. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Grundkenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement, Verständnis grundlegender Prozesse und Werkzeuge
- Gute Englischkenntnisse, Fähigkeit zur effektiven schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikation
- Fähigkeit zum Multitasking und effizientem Arbeiten in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung
- Kenntnisse in Deutsch, Koreanisch oder Chinesisch sind von Vorteil
- Datenanalysefähigkeiten, die in der Lage sind, Daten mit Excel zu verarbeiten und zu analysieren
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, die in der Lage sind, Projektprobleme proaktiv zu identifizieren und zu lösen
