The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.

About The Role

• Monitoring and Controlling Change & Deviation Approval
• Monitoring Department KPI's & progress
• Driving the Quality Steered Ramp Up
• Participating in Project & Program Quality meeting & represent Quality Industraiization
• Efforts & Suggestions to improve Quality standard, Control Plan, Problem Solving process, Product & Process Audit
• Digitalizing of deviation approval process
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Degree in engineering in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, materials science, chemistry or comparable qualification
• Experienced with personnel responsibility. At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in the battery & automotive industry preferred.
• At least one professional station with a focus on quality is desired (QM, supplier quality, etc.)
• Willingness to spend short periods abroad (up to four weeks)
• Good IT affinity

• Experience in the field of electromobility and high voltage battery cell production.
• Fluent in English & German language.
• Willingness for new topics and new solutions
• Able to remain able to act in complex situations
• Be able to penetrate and structure complex issues, develop solution proposals and prepare decision templates for management decisions
