We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Develop and implement SAP CRM solutions with a focus on customer analytics and segmentation, as well as predictive analytics
  • Analyze and optimize existing CRM processes to improve customer experience
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards to support data-driven business decisions
  • Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules and external systems
  • Collaborate with specialist departments to identify and implement new requirements
  • Conduct tests and ensure the quality of implemented solutions
  • Support and train end-users

What You'll Need

  • Completed education or degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in the development and implementation of SAP CRM solutions, ideally with a focus on customer analytics
  • Profound knowledge of ABAP and/or ABAP Objects
  • Experience in working with SAP BI or other Business Intelligence tools is an advantage
  • Understanding of business processes in CRM and Customer Experience Management
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, independent, and structured way of working, as well as team spirit
