Department: Group Innovation – Future Lab

Working hours: 38 hours/ week

Start: Immediately or by agreement

Your Responsibilities

  • You design and create digital mockups, e.g. physical products, packaging and print templates.
  • You generate and visualize new product, service, and business model concepts.
  • You create physical and digital proof-of-concepts.
  • You conduct customer testing and collect feedback.
  • You facilitate ideation sessions and creative workshops.

Your Profile

Qualifications

  • You are enrolled in or recently graduated from a design-oriented degree programme, e.g. product design, industrial design, communication design, service design, UX/UI design or a comparable field.

Knowledge & Experience

  • You can turn rough ideas, sketches or briefings into clear visual concepts. Knowledge of (online) marketing is an advantage.
  • Having first experience with prototyping, 3D printing, model making or digital fabrication is an advantage.
  • You are confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); you have knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools.
  • You have interest and initial experience in the use of AI-supported design tools.
  • You have a basic understanding of user-centred design, design thinking or innovation methods.

Working
