What will you do?

As a Program Manager Digitization & IT Transformations, you lead complex digitalization and IT transformation programs at our clients. You combine strategic insight with execution power: you translate vision into results, engage effortlessly at the C-level, and ensure programs deliver tangible business value.

You operate from within our advisory environment, but your impact is anything but abstract. You set direction, create momentum, and realize transformations that truly matter.

What You Will Be Doing

• Defining, structuring, and steering multi-phase digitalization and IT transformation programs
• Ensuring sharp alignment between business strategy, technology roadmap, and execution
• Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and building broad organizational buy-in
• Translating complex technology challenges into clear business cases and value creation
• Establishing governance, KPIs, and management reporting that actually work
• Leading multidisciplinary teams of consultants, client staff, and partners
• Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within client relationships
  
  

What is required?

• A demonstrated track record leading large-scale IT transformation or digitalization programs
• The ability to operate, influence, and connect at the C-level
• Strong commercial instincts, with experience in advisory or consulting environments
• Expertise in program governance, risk management, and performance tracking
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in international and multicultural contexts is a plus
