We are partnering with a comprehensive municipal housing and services company in Southern Baden, dedicated to creating livable neighborhoods and providing affordable housing. This organisation plays a significant role in urban development and contributes to the high quality of life in its city, managing a wide range of real estate, recreational, and health facilities.

The Role

  • Administer and maintain Windows servers and network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Support Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Document IT infrastructure and create operating manuals
  • Provide user support for technical issues
  • Set up and distribute clients, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Train and support employees in IT-related matters

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud services (Azure is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of IT security, firewall configuration, and endpoint protection
  • Service-oriented approach and enjoyment of direct user contact
  • Structured, independent working style, even with parallel administrative and support tasks
