Job Description

We’re looking for a Receptionist (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich! We’re looking for an exceptional team member to take care of our guests in our property in Munich Pasing!

How You’ll Be Hosting With Heart

• You welcome guests on arrival and support a smooth, friendly check-in experience, addressing any questions with professionalism and warmth.
• You handle guest requests and complaints with empathy, applying effective service recovery techniques to ensure satisfaction.
• You provide knowledgeable local recommendations on restaurants, transport, and sightseeing to enhance the guest experience.
• You manage the Property Management System (PMS), including updating room status, maintaining accurate guest profiles, and coordinating room readiness.
• Independently prepare cocktails, specialty coffees, and other beverages, and ensure professional, efficient service at the in-house bar.
• You collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service.
• You contribute to creating a unique, memorable property experience while driving positive guest reviews and overall satisfaction.
  
  

Job Requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You hold a High School Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field - or have equivalent professional experience.
• You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality operations, ideally in front-office roles and handling the day-to-day in a dynamic environment.
• You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• You’re confident when it comes to conflict resolution, especially when dealing with partners and guests.
• You’re comfortable working with project management softwares & tools, and quick to learn new ones.
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and weekends.
