We are currently seeking a

First-Level Support / Help Desk Representative (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Receiving and prioritizing support requests via phone, email, chat, and the ticket system
• Initial troubleshooting and resolving simple issues, or escalating them to second-level support
• Providing user support for standard applications and IT infrastructure (PCs, operating systems, MS Office applications, peripherals)
• Documenting issues, solutions, and status updates
• Support for the setup, configuration, and deployment of end-user systems
• Performing resets, password management, and access rights management in accordance with security policies
• Escalation of complex incidents to specialized departments and tracking of resolutions
• Monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reporting on key performance indicators
• Preparation of statistics and presentations
• Operations
• General administrative tasks
  
  

Your Profile

• You have completed technical or business training or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in IT support or help desk work
• You have basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking concepts
• You work in a structured and independent manner, possess strong analytical skills, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• You have a keen interest in technological innovations
• You have a good command of German and English
