- Prepare and publish monthly Catholic Community calendars and weekly bulletins
- Maintain Catholic Community registration and attendance records
- Coordinate logistics, facility requests, and publicity for Masses, holy days, and events
- Support Religious Education programs, including materials preparation and attendance tracking
- Prepare and manage sacramental records in the AMS portal
- Assist with quarterly AMS clergy reports and required program reporting
- Attend required parish and coordination meetings
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (paid or volunteer) in Catholic education or parish support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to obtain AMS Catechist Certification within 180 days
