The Role

• Support with the installation, configuration, and administration of IT systems in virtualization, server (Windows and Linux), network, and backup environments
• Provide user support for all IT workplace-related queries
• Manage endpoints for Windows and MacOSX using Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Monitor and ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 initiatives
• Perform updates and patches, and identify and resolve system malfunctions
  
  

What You'll Need

• Solid IT knowledge based on relevant education, degree, or comparable qualification, along with IT project experience
• Proactive thinking, teamwork, and responsible actions
• Thorough, systematic, reliable, quality-conscious, and independent work style
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
