The role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d) Germany to drive market development and build our local business. Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to establish a strong market position, combining hands-on sales with a long-term perspective on growth and team development—supported by an experienced international organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of our market strategy in Germany

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

• Establish a strong and credible market presence built on quality and trust

• Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline

• Adapt and position our portfolio to meet local market needs

• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams across the group

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

• Recruit and develop a local team as the business grows

Your Profile / Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in building technology or home automation

• Strong track record in sales and market development

• Experience in building and/or leading teams is a clear advantage

• Solid knowledge of KNX systems is a strong plus

• Native‑level German and fluent English

• Structured, self‑driven mindset with a long‑term perspective

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures

• A mindset aligned with quality, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth
