The Role

• Improve services and offerings, supporting the Head of Consumer Finance & Retail Banking and Sales & Relationship Managers.
• Analyze experiences to identify patterns, align them with customer behavior trends, understand customer needs, and implement partner-related sales projects.
• Contribute to the development of new strategic business areas and assist in creating business plans and presentations.
• Support the maintenance and expansion of existing partnerships, identifying and acquiring new partners.
• Coordinate internal tender, reporting, and new business activities within the business field.
• Lead sales projects and coordinate internal departments, accompanying operational managers on partner and prospect sides, even in agile/international setups.
  
  

What You'll Need

• A degree in business, insurance economics, or technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Confident demeanor, enthusiasm, empathy, and integrity.
• Excellent customer orientation, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in agile project management, creative techniques, trend scouting, and market research is a plus.
• Ideally, experience in marketing or B2B(2C) sales of insurance and/or financial services products.
