The Role

• Analyse, evaluate, and structure technical and regulatory requirements for compliance systems.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria within an Agile software development framework.
• Conduct and execute test cases, and manage the acceptance of system modifications.
• Provide 2nd-level support for applications and business departments.
• Prepare and execute functional rollouts, alongside creating user documentation and training materials.
• Actively contribute to innovation initiatives within the organisation.
  
  

What You'll Need

• A degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in a banking compliance environment.
• Strong methodological skills in business requirements and process analysis.
• Experience in test case creation and execution.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and test management are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a results-oriented and independent work style.
• Proficient in both German and English, written and spoken.
