Analytical Chemist/ Biologist - #996417

Your Responsibilities

• Implementation of bioanalytical methods to quantify metabolites, proteins or enzymatic activities in human specimen
• Validation of these methods in accordance with international guidelines such as ICH M10
• Literature research of newest technologies and approaches available
• Laboratory work:
• tuning of assay parameters such as sample extraction protocol, LC-MS parameters or ELISA protocols. (This includes the preparation of solutions and buffers)
• trouble shooting in case of instrumental failures
• Office work: Writing of work instructions, validation plans and reports as well as updates on project status to the customer
  

Your profile

• Finished degree (Master+) in Chemistry or Biology
• Experience with Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry
• Optional: Experience with ELISA, Western Blot etc.
• Knowledge of biochemistry, metabolomics and proteomics
• Optional: Knowledge of genetics
• Handling of pipettes and human specimens
• Experience in scientific writing
