Job Description

ROLE

Reporting to the HR Manager Central Europe, the HR Generalist supports the retail organization across all key HR activities for 5 countries and 14 Stores. Acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees, this role contributes to talent acquisition, employee development, HR operations and employee relations while ensuring an excellent employee experience and supporting business performance

MISSION

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management and employee relations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and maintaining talent pipelines.
• Partner with Store Directors on people-related topics, providing guidance on HR policies, employee engagement, performance and development.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning and career development initiatives to strengthen internal talent and leadership pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding and training activities in collaboration with the Retail Trainer
• Support compensation and payroll processes, including incentive calculations, data validation and employee documentation.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HR systems, organizational charts and reporting tools.
• Prepare employment contracts, certificates and other HR-related documentation while ensuring compliance with local labor legislation and company policies.
• Contribute to employee engagement, organizational development, and HR projects, including new store openings and business expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve HR processes and deliver an excellent employee experience.
  
  

PROFILE

• You finished studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Retail or a related field and you've gained first professional experience in the field of Human Resources
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, you're highly motivated, full of energy and driven by curiosity and willingness to learn
• You benefit from solid emotional intelligence and you know how to take initiatives and are a force of proposal
• You describe yourself as a team player
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
