We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Supply Chain & Logistics to drive end‑to‑end initiatives across our inbound, outbound, and back‑office operations. In this role, you will own projects from initial problem definition to final operational handover. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams: Operations, Tech Product, Process Owners, Commercial, Finance, and external partners, to ensure we deliver scalable, efficient, and future‑proof solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define & Shape Project Foundations incl. development of problem statement, scope and needs.
  • Set and Align Objectives including measurable project objectives, success criteria and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Build Project Governance & Team Structure
  • Orchestrate & execute the end-to-end project until end of hyper care and successful sign off towards final business owners.
  • Provide Management Updates to leadership.
  • Performance Management the project via structured project management mechanism incl. KPI / success criteria tracking.
  • Design communication strategy and drive Communication & Change Management across all stakeholders incl. training and full adoptions.
  • Validate & improve existing process Processes and partner with Tech Product and Process Owners for targeted outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Min. 5–6 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
  • Strong project management experience with end‑to‑end ownership.
  • Strong Experience with inbound, outbound, and back-office logistics flows.
  • Strong Data affinity, ability to interpret KPIs, cost analysis, and performance data
  • Strong networking, stakeholder management and communication leadership skills.
  • Experience in Change Management.
  • Understanding of any software systems related to Logistics / Supply Chain such as WMS/TMS/ERP systems and process mapping.
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related.
  • Project Management certifications a plus.
  • English
