We are looking for a tech-savvy person who wants to have a positive impact on the world. You are passionate about your work and driven by a problem-solving mindset.
- As a caretaker/facility manager (human), you are responsible for the smooth operation of our facilities.
- You will carry out minor repairs in the building.
- You will manage the technical aspects of the facilities in close coordination with the landlord.
- Ensuring the safety, order, and cleanliness of the premises and buildings is part of your job.
- You will coordinate and supervise external maintenance work, including the involvement and supervision of contractors.
- You will serve as the point of contact for occupational safety experts.
- You will be the main contact person for departments that require manual labor (e.g., minor repairs, moving and cleaning work, small transports).
We are looking for a tech-savvy person who wants to have a positive impact on the world. You are passionate about your work and driven by a problem-solving mindset.
- Completion of an apprenticeship in a technical or manual profession or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, you have extensive professional experience in building services engineering, facility management, as a service technician, or as a caretaker.
- Practical skills, team spirit, and a friendly nature are essential qualities. Class B driver's license
- Good German and English skills are a plus, as are PC skills, to complete your profile to support us in the future.
