About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing AI startup building next-generation solutions for SAP consulting and enterprise transformation. Already post-revenue, the company works with leading global enterprises, including DAX 40 and Fortune 500 organizations, helping them deliver SAP projects faster and more efficiently. The company is scaling rapidly and building a world-class team in Berlin.

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Head of Growth to own and build the company’s entire go-to-market (GTM) function from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving pipeline, refining positioning, closing enterprise deals, and building a scalable growth engine.

You’ll work closely with the founders to shape strategy while remaining hands-on in execution — from demand generation to enterprise sales — and eventually hiring and leading a high-performing growth team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full go-to-market strategy — from pipeline generation to deal closure
  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging tailored to CIOs, transformation leaders, and SAP teams
  • Drive demand generation across multiple channels, including content, events, partnerships, and outbound sales
  • Build and optimize enterprise sales processes to drive consistent pipeline growth and conversion
  • Collaborate with founders on pricing, packaging, and expansion strategies
  • Establish scalable growth frameworks and KPIs
  • Hire, train, and lead the growth team as the company scales

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or go-to-market roles
  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or similar B2B environments
  • Track record of building and converting high-quality sales pipelines
  • Experience selling to or marketing toward large enterprises (e.g., Fortune 500)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to work on-site in Berlin (mandatory)
  • Experience in AI, automation, or enterprise software
  • Existing network within SAP, consulting, or enterprise tech ecosystems
  • Previous experience as an early-stage startup growth hire
  • Exposure to high-performance B2B sales environments
