YOUR TASKS

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and SEO
• Develop highly engaging content like whitepapers, case studies, blogs, social media posts, etc.
• Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with product and commercial teams to align growth initiatives with company goals
• Build and manage lead generation funnels and marketing automation workflows
• Implement and monitor marketing and analytical tools
• Manage and optimize our website for lead generation
• Monitor industry trends and conduct market research
• Analyze data to measure ROI and uncover new growth opportunities
• Prepare and present regular reports on growth metrics and targets to stakeholders
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of growth channels and digital acquisition techniques (LinkedIn, SEO, SEM)
• Proven track record of creating and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau), CMS (Webflow/Wordpress) and design tools (Canva/Adobe)
• Experience in creating high-quality content in English
• Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Creative thinker with an experimentation-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills in English 
  
  

Helpful Additional Qualifications

• Experience in the industrial automation, robotics or AI domain is a strong plus
• Knowledge of B2B buyer journeys and sales enablement strategies
• German language skills, as well as any other language, are an advantage
