Summary: We’re looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage training programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational growth. You’ll identify development needs, create competency models, manage the LMS, and deliver learning solutions that drive performance and engagement.
Tasks
- Analyze training needs and build competency models to support performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Develop and maintain role-based skills matrices across the organization.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs using various methods: workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring.
- Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Advise leaders on development strategies and people policies to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor and apply industry best practices and innovations in learning and development.
- Track training outcomes and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of competency modeling, instructional design, and performance management.
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, and blended learning methods.
- Proficiency in managing LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
