The Junior Brand Manager supports the (Senior) Brand Manager in the development of the activation strategy, NPD implementation, communication plans and execution of measures contributing to the growth of the skincare brands.

The role:
The Junior Brand Manager supports the (Senior) Brand Manager in the development of the activation strategy, NPD implementation, communication plans and execution of measures contributing to the growth of the skincare brands.
What you will do:
- Execution of Country Marketing Plans across 4Ps for the brands Bondi Sands and Curél in coordination with the Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager
- Sales and budget planning and NPD forecasting
- Preparation of Customer Presentations / Concept Sells
- Responsibility for Marketing Budget
- Support the overall Skincare Brand Management Team (Bioré, Bondi Sands and Curél) based on pre-defined projects
- Excellent understanding of BTL marketing
- Must show initiative, is enthusiastic and has strong drive for results
- Is highly analytic but also possesses good creative skills
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must speak and write English business fluently, German language (oral and written) is a must
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, scanner and panel data
- Understanding and high affinity towards Digital Marketing (in particular Social Media)
- Must have a University degree in Business Administration / Business Sales or comparable commercial education
- Is graduated at University in business economy with focus on Marketing
- Has gained approx. 1-2 years of working experience in an FMCG company in the Product Marketing department
- Expertise in beauty industry - ideally beauty care category experience is considered a plus #
- Good understanding of ATL as well as BTL marketing
- Beauty and lifestyle affinity
- Familiarity/proficiency with digital/social channels
- Creative Thinking
- Must speak and write English business fluently, German language (oral and written) is a must
