At our Heidelberg location, we are currently looking for a motivated and committed Controller (m/f/d) to help us take our controlling department to the next level.
Main Tasks
- Updating KPIs and sending various management reports (daily sales, overdue receivables, maintenance costs, balanced score card, monthly results)
- Preparing the daily sales and inventory report independently
- Internal clarification of controlling-related issues
- Preparation of raw data from various data sources (mainly Excel and SAP)
- Support with investment calculations and product costings
- Checking and approving purchase requisitions
- Very good knowledge of business management correlations (warehousing, cash flow, standard costs, productivity)
- Support with internal compliance (SOX) documentation
- Completed business studies, preferably with a focus on finance
- First work experience
- Fluid Knowledge in German, Good knowledge of English (both verbally and written)
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Self-initiative and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
