About The Role

• Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and allocate resources effectively
• Lead interdisciplinary IT teams: assign tasks, provide guidance, monitor progress, and ensure team collaboration
• Communicate and manage expectations with key stakeholders (clients, management, technical teams)
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Estimate project budgets, track costs, and ensure delivery within financial targets
• Oversee quality assurance across all project deliverables and implement improvements when needed
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to best practices for future projects.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management, IT consulting, software delivery, or digital transformation (B2B sector)
• Background in managing projects involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or high motivation to quickly gain deep WMS knowledge
• Good knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (planning, risk/financial management, roadmapping, reporting)
• Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is a plus
• Fluent in German and English
  
  

This role is based in Mönchengladbach, and we’re looking for someone who’s open to working from the office 2–3 days a week. We believe in face-to-face collaboration when it matters – and there’s always coffee waiting!

Yearly salary 60 000-85 000 €
