Apprenticeship: Industrial Clerk

As an industrial clerk trainee, you’ll gain experience across a wide range of administrative and commercial tasks, including:

• Organising and coordinating international shipping
• Ensuring on-time deliveries and smooth customs handling
• Supporting general administrative operations
• Assisting with HR processes
• Managing supplier negotiations, order processing, and customer service
• Maintaining company software and data records
• Monitoring and organising stock levels
• Welcoming visitors and handling calls professionally
• Preparing and reviewing invoices
• Supporting finance and cost control tasks
  
  

What You Bring

• A good secondary school certificate (Realschulabschluss) or high school diploma (Abitur)
• A strong interest in business and commercial processes
• Confident communication skills and fluency in German (spoken and written), plus a solid foundation in English
• A friendly, open-minded personality and a hands-on approach to communication
• An interest in learning and a quick understanding of new topics
• Basic proficiency with common MS Office programs
• A talent for organisation and a liking for administrative work
• A collaborative mindset — we work hand in hand at MAPEKO
• A responsible, careful work ethic with attention to detail
• A Class B driving license (a plus, but not required)
