Your Responsibilties

• You own the IT Service Governance and establish Quality Assurance of IT Services
• You define and implement SLAs (Service Level Agreements), KPIs and associated monitoring
• You analyze KPI reporting and derive measures/actions accordingly
• You own and administrate our ServiceNow ITSM platform
• You orchestrate external and internal service teams to deliver according to agreed SLAs
• You act as part of the IT Governance Team and as the ITSM owner for the entire IT organisation
• You develop and align ITSM roadmap with stakeholders in all relevant business functions
• You plan and implement add-ons to ServiceNow platform according to agreed roadmap
• You foster collaboration with IT functions from our shareholder in order to jointly develop our shared ServiceNow platform
• You estimate project budget and required capacity, both internal and external
• You develop together with other IT and non-IT functions a proper and comprehensive Project Management methodology and associated governance framework
• You report project status updates to the management team and provide project documentation according to the respective standards
• You evaluate measures to mitigate risks or project delays
  
  

What You Bring

• You are graduated in business informatics or comparable studies
• You are an ITIL certified IT professional
• You have strong experience in Agile/SAFe Methodology and IT Project Management
• You are a problem-solver and have very good work organization skills
• You have the sociability and ability to work in a team, a confident and friendly demeanor, flexibility as well as strong commitment and willingness to perform
• You are fluent in written and spoken English and you do have proper German skills
