Your tasks at RENOLIT

• Management and optimization of corporate innovation processes (e.g., InnoView, IPM) to strengthen innovation capabilities
• Development and implementation of training courses on innovation skills via the Innovation Academy
• Responsibility for the InnoView platform as process owner and analysis of innovation data
• Management of complex innovation projects within the Future Factory or Accelerator
• Participation in innovation projects as a project member and trainer
• Support for idea campaigns and portfolio management in the Accelerator environment
• Management of teams and projects in the context of the Future Factory, Innovation Academy, or Innovator Community
  
  

What we expect

• Completed master's degree in either a technical or commercial field with optionally a relevant post-master degree (e.g. MBA, Project Management, Innovation Management, Design Thinking).
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in (Corporate) Innovation management, R&D or new business development.
• Skilled at change management and experienced with scaling new product & service offerings across functions, different businesses and countries.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to scope, plan, and deliver projects on time with measurable impact.
• Execution-Oriented: Not just a strategist—you're a doer who rolls up your sleeves and gets things done.
• Excellent Communication: Able to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders around key priorities.
• Analytical Thinker: Comfortable working with data to guide decisions and measure success.
• Confident English (at least B2 level), international project experience is an advantage
