As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for one or more projects related to the implementation of "2020 Insight" and will be part of a dynamic team whose mission is to guide customers through the successful implementation of enterprise software solutions for the manufacturing industry in Central Europe and EMEA.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion, ensuring the successful deployment of the ERP solution across the organization. These key responsibilities await you:
· Lead the planning and execution of the 2020 Insight implementation project, ensuring clear scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
· Develop project plans, including scope, resource allocation, budget, and risk management strategies.
· Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.
· Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and business risks.
· Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly
· Support the implementation of our 2020 Insight manufacturing software systems and applications both virtually and on-site at the customer’s location by providing technical services including system or machine configuration, management consulting, and user training.
· You will support the sales of our products by recommending our software solutions to existing or potential future customers who use financial, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and ERP business systems.
What you bring to the table:
· A university degree in business, engineering, or technology (ideally related to the woodworking industry) and initial relevant experience in project management
· Experience with enterprise software solutions (knowledge of 2020 Insight and imos CAD/CAM is a plus) and database analysis
· A strong understanding of manufacturing concepts and principles
· Previous experience in furniture production and/or the woodworking industry is an advantage
· An independent and responsible working style, along with commitment, flexibility, and adaptability
· Excellent time management, organizational skills, and decision-making abilities
· Strong presentation skills and professional communication in both German and English (fluent)
· Willingness to travel (up to 60%)
