Your Tasks
A varied range of tasks awaits you with us. You will provide technical support and set up server and client solutions and provide our customers with advice and assistance both on site and over the phone. You will support the requirements and analysis phase, assist with ordering processes and manage internal and external projects with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and results orientation.
At the end of each working day, you will see the fruits of your labor: by installing, configuring and troubleshooting, YOU ensure that servers, computers and networks run smoothly. Together with your team, you are responsible for the reliable operation of our IT services and thus ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

Your Profile
- You have completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have relevant certifications and/or initial professional experience in similar system environments
- Required language skills: German (fluent), English (advanced knowledge)
- Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
- You feel like a team player and enjoy the daily challenges of the IT world and IT support
- Microsoft Windows Server and/or Linux server operating systems
- Microsoft Office 365
- Conception and realization of heterogeneous networks
- Network technology and security
- Data backup solutions, SAN, NAS
- Virtualization solutions, e.g. VMWare
