Join a dynamic team of CMS and application developers, UX and UI designers, Scrum coaches, and product owners to drive the execution of complex web projects. You'll play a key role in enhancing our clients' online presence by creating UX-optimized interfaces that effectively showcase their brands.

• Together with your colleagues, you develop modern, interactive and responsive web portals and micro-frontends as well as web applications and program them with the highest level of quality and efficiency. At the same time, you think projects through from the development phase and make technological decisions. 
• You operate confidently at both a technical and strategic level - whether in discussions with product owners, enterprise architects or senior management. You will be able to translate specialist requirements and business objectives into sustainable technical solutions and develop the best approach together with all those involved.
• You are the technical interface between customers and development. You routinely support our interdisciplinary pitch teams even before the project starts, understand our customers' requirements and are able to visualize and communicate information on feasibility and cost estimates.  
• During the project, you will take on the technical leadership of the international developer team and act as a sparring partner for your colleagues, evaluate the latest technologies, actively engage in knowledge sharing, mentoring and coaching - especially for our junior developers.
• You will also be actively involved in finding ideas to improve processes in the project team and in helping to shape the entire front-end area and the associated community of practice. 
• You have several years of experience in the front-end architecture of complex web applications (HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies), ideally in an enterprise environment.
• Programming with modern frameworks such as Vue (Nuxt), React (Next) or Angular are part of your daily business. 
• You are familiar with modern methods such as continuous integration, test automation, unit testing, test-driven development and code reviews, as well as agile working according to Scrum. 
• You also have a good knowledge of working with CMS solutions such as Storyblok, Bloomreach, Contentful or comparable systems. Ideally, you have experience with commerce platforms such as Commercetools, Spryker, SYCAYLE or similar solutions.
• You enjoy making architectural decisions, assessing their technical feasibility and balancing technical concepts with business goals.
• You feel comfortable in an international environment and can communicate very well in English. German skills are a plus.
