You want to join our journey? Currently we are looking for a highly motivated and talented working student (m/f/x) to join us as a Founders Associate, based in Germany.

As our Founders Associate (m/f/x) you will support our management team, work closely with our Founders and get involved in all relevant company questions. We will assure your personal development with continuous learning and self-improvement in our fast-paced and dynamic environment! This is an excellent opportunity for someone working independently and delivering high-quality results in a bootstrapped startup, currently focussing a pre-seed investment round.

In this role you develop in-depth understanding of the industry, strategy, company vision and mission. Your tasks:

• You are the "right hand" of one of our (Co)-Founders and work with the whole founding team.


• Your generalist nature and your huge interest in Sales, Go-To-Market, Business Development and Investor Relations makes it easy for you to take on a variety of tasks at both an operational and strategic level.


• You create business documents for investors, clients and other stakeholders.


• You are responsible for the maintenance of our databases and internal systems.


• You actively support our entire management in various projects that you drive independently and take ownership for.


• You participate in various events as a company representative and create marketing content for our social media channels.

• You are studying for a Masters degree in Business, Business Information, or a related field with outstanding academic success.


• You have already worked as a working student in high-paced startups, consulting companies or VCs.


• You like to be forced out of your comfort zone, work independently and take on responsibility quickly.


• You are hungry to learn, want to create impact and give 100% and more.


• You love challenging projects that you manage effectively and you don’t consider yourself too good for easy tasks at the same time.


• You are driven by growth / sales / business development and have extensive interest in AI.


• You have experience with various tools such to streamline organization and enhance personal efficiency. You are an expert in excel and powerpoint.


• You have German language skills on C-level and English on B-level.

• You will have the great chance to work with our founders team and take over an important hands-on role with room to grow.
