As a Learning & Development (L&D) Partner (m/f/d) you will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs that drive employee performance and support the company’s strategic goals. The L&D Partner plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring that all training initiatives align with organizational needs and enhance employee capabilities.

The L&D Partner plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring that all training initiatives align with organizational needs and enhance employee capabilities.
What You Will Do
- Deliver FutureReady Skills development program: Design and implement a dynamic capability-building program to equip employees with critical future skills
- Engagement survey: Manage end-to-end delivery of engagement surveys, analyze results, and work with stakeholders to drive action plans that improve workplace culture.
- Develop & Embed a Team Development Framework: Build and roll out a framework that supports high-performing, collaborative teams across the organization.
- Drive L&D Change & Transformation Programs: Lead initiatives that align learning strategies with evolving business needs and support large-scale organizational transformation.
- Shape Performance Management Strategy: Reimagine performance management processes to enhance individual accountability, feedback culture, and business outcomes.
- Implement a Talent Review Framework: Design and implement a structured, data-driven talent review process to support succession planning and leadership development.
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification
- Professional certification in Learning & Development is a plus
- Experience in learning and development, training, Talent Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Strong understanding of talent development best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels. Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Adaptable, agile and flexible
- Experience working with pan-European employees is high desirable
- Good language skills in German and English written and spoken
