Key Tasks

• You’re part of the team from day one: You'll play an active role in our daily HR operations and take on a variety of administrative tasks.
• Recruiting with purpose: From first contact to final interviews, you’ll support our recruitment efforts and help guide candidates through the application process with care and professionalism.
• Shaping growth together: You'll contribute to our people development initiatives, helping to design and support programs that empower our employees to grow.
• Training that makes an impact: You’ll organize and coordinate internal training sessions where learning isn’t just encouraged, but deeply valued.
• Your ideas matter: We welcome your input in various HR projects – and you’ll even get to take the lead on your own sub-projects, giving you room to grow and shine.
• Appreciation through words: You’ll assist in creating work certificates and ensure the contributions of our employees are recognized in a meaningful and respectful way.
  
  

Key Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a degree in business administration or a related field – ideally with a focus on Human Resources or Psychology
• You work independently, are highly motivated, and can be relied upon to get things done
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office applications
• You have a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for Human Resources
• You possess good English skills, both written and spoken
• You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Ideally, you are available to work 15–20 hours per week
