Your tasks
DISCOVER – INSPIRE – CONNECT – CREATE
You will be working to support the DHL Customer Experience Team based at the DHL Innovation Center in Germany. With four DHL Innovation Centers across the globe and 13,000+ annual visitors, we are the largest customer facing innovation platform within Deutsche Post DHL Group globally. As the Customer Experience Team, we take care of delivering an outstanding experience for our customers – from managing reservation requests and booking meeting spaces, to organizing catering services and running large-scale events at our brand-new facility.
Be the face of customer experience: Support the team in the preparation and execution of customer visits and events.
Deliver great hospitality: By supporting our team with reception duties, ensure our guests feel truly welcomed by managing every detail of their visit — from a seamless coordination to providing attentive support during tours, meetings, and events in our innovation showroom.
Make an impact: Get yourself acquainted with our reporting and analysis dashboards and support us in improving our existing reporting tool.
Your background
Academic Explorer
You’re currently studying Business Administration, Innovation Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field at the BA or MA level.
Language Superstar
English fluency is a must, and if you speak German too, that’s a big bonus!
People Person
You enjoy interacting with all kinds of people and have an outgoing personality while being professional and focused. ?
Global Collaborator
You’re excited to work with diverse and multinational teams while contributing to globally relevant projects.
Digital Savvy
Microsoft 365 tools (like Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint) are second nature to you and you have an interest in analytical tools such as SAP or PowerBI.
