As a Tender Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting winning tenders, ensuring the alignment of technical proposals with client requirements. Your ability to understand complex technical specifications and translate them into comprehensive proposals will be vital to our success.

Function Description

• Evaluate tender documentation, including technical specifications, commercial terms, and project requirements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and finance, to develop competitive tender strategies;
• Prepare and manage tender schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements;
• Conduct cost estimation, risk analysis, and technical feasibility assessments for tender proposals;
• Develop detailed technical proposals, including project methodologies, schedules, and deliverables;
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to gather the necessary information for tender submissions;
• Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Additional qualifications in business or project management will be advantageous;
• Proven experience in tendering within the oil and gas industry;
• Strong technical understanding of oil and gas projects, including offshore and onshore operations;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess project risks and opportunities;
• Proficiency in using tender management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
