Deutsche Reihenhaus consistently develops and builds sophisticated residential parks with a climate-friendly, 100 percent renewable energy supply. We specialize in three terraced house types with reduced variants, two semi-detached house types and one multi-family house, which are produced with industrial series precision. The aim is to create inner-city living space at attractive prices and at the same time revitalize areas sustainably. So far, we have already succeeded in doing this for more than 11,500 families in around 400 residential parks nationwide! Our team of around 350 would like to create around 750 new residential units again in the future and needs active support to do so!
To strengthen our foundation engineering & calculation projects team, we are looking for you as:
Calculator (f/m/d) at one of our eight locations in Cologne, Kaiserslautern, Gladbeck, Hamburg, Berlin, Hanover, Frankfurt or Nuremberg full-time with a 4-day week (36 hours)

What You Can Expect From Us
4-DAY WEEK
We work a 4-day week. This means: 36 instead of the usual 40 hours per week, more freedom and rest periods and thus also space for new ideas.
FLEXIBLE WORKING
Whether you're an early riser or a night owl - as far as possible, we make the desired flexibility a reality. In the vast majority of cases, we also implement parental leave and reduced working hours without any problems. Because we work in a family-friendly way - that's a matter of course for us.
COLLEGIAL COOPERATION
We value open cooperation. Each department also has its own event. There is also a Christmas party and a summer party. And every two years, we - the entire company - go on a trip together.
MOBILE WORKING
For us, personal interaction in the office is just as important as mobile working from home. Our IT infrastructure enables all colleagues to work remotely. Who works remotely, when and how often depends on the team and field of activity.
FURTHER TRAINING
Training starts with us right from the start. Every new employee is assigned a personal contact person who is available to answer questions. After that, regular internal and external training is a fixed part of the program.

- You will independently calculate our series-produced construction projects for the preparation of profitability calculations
- You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our internal calculation tools
- You will develop and maintain a model-based calculation (e.g. BIM)
- You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining internal price and calculation databases
- You create cost calculations and cost evaluations in cooperation with the other teams in the Technology Projects division
- This also includes the development and implementation of calculation tools for other teams
- Last but not least, you will be responsible for evaluating completed projects and deriving optimization measures
- You are part of our interdisciplinary project teams and work cooperatively, pragmatically and efficiently
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification as a master craftsman or technician in the construction sector or have completed vocational training in the construction industry with relevant professional experience
- You have the ability and willingness to align your own activities according to the following principles for working in self-organized project teams:
