Manager II, IT - #940965

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and managing all IT operations and systems
• Leading a small SAP team
• Analyzing work processes, data flows, and identifying optimization potentials in the production environment (shop floor)
• Integrating isolated digital functions
• Planning and implementing new digital processes
• Supporting shop floor applications and providing user support for issues
• Managing the IT budget
• Building and maintaining relationships with external service providers and vendors
  
  

Our Requirements:

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Experience in leading a team
• Solid knowledge of SAP, SQL, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server
• Desirable knowledge in Microsoft Visual Studio, VB, C#, and VBA
• Excellent soft skills, especially emotional intelligence and assertiveness
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Proven experience in project management and budget management
• High level of independence and motivation
• Strong intercultural competence
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
