YOUR TEAM

To support our “Solution Core Infotainment Platform” team, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you will build, support and extend an integrated process- and tool-system to control, steer and manage the development process for the Core Infotainment Platform Solution. You will work in close collaboration with the solution management team in a different development environments where a part of the job is to align and design the processes with different parties, empowering all Volkswagen Group brands to provide cutting-edge mobility services. Join us in shaping the future of mobility by enhancing digital services within and around the vehicle.

What You Will Do

• Assist in error management
• Tracking of work packages and and its progress with Atlassian tools (JIRA)
• Support the team in requirements coverage and traceability
• Assist in test management and reporting with Atlassian tools (JIRA)
• Design tools and process documentation / automation
• Create process statistics and development process analysis with Microsoft Power BI, Excel VBA and GitHub
• Analysis of data consistency
• Use of techniques and programming languages like Microsoft Power BI, Excel VBA, Sharepoint, Power Automate; REST API, Python, JAVA/JAVA EE
  
  

Who You Are

• Enrolled student in software engineering, business informatics, or an equivalent field
• Strong skills in above mentioned Microsoft tools or programming languages
• Experience in use of Atlassian Toolchain, esp. JIRA / Confluence
• Experience with the conception and implementation of dashboards using PowerBI and APIs
• Basic understanding of agile software development methodologies, particularly Scrum or SAFe, with a strong alignment to agile values and principles
• Analytical skills, team-oriented mindset, high level of commitment and flexibility, with a structured and independent approach to work
• Fluent in English and German (C1)

• Remote work options within Germany
• Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years)
• 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
