Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical schematics and cabinets for Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs). In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems into production processes, as well as troubleshoot and optimize designs for efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Tasks

• Create and develop electrical schematics and cabinets for Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs).
• Work with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, production) to ensure the effective integration of electrical systems within overall production processes.
• Provide technical support, including troubleshooting assistance for electrical issues arising in production.
• Review and optimize existing electrical designs to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Ensure all electrical designs and implementations meet relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of electrical systems and components to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Prepare detailed documentation, technical drawings, and manuals for the operation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in electrical schematic design and working with industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools (EPlan is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Effective communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Good written and spoken proficiency in both German and English is required.
