As a Customs Team Lead, you’ll guide a team of customs professionals, ensuring that shipments clear borders efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with regulations. You’ll be the go-to expert, leading by example and helping both your team and our clients navigate the ever-evolving world of customs.
Your key responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of customs professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Overseeing the customs clearance process to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations.
- Managing workloads and allocating tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders, addressing any customs-related issues.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Providing training to enhance team expertise.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

- A background in customs, logistics, or supply chain management.
- At least two years of leadership experience in a customs-related role.
