What you can expect from us:
- Varied tasks in IT administration and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas - we trust in you and your skills
- Integration and management of modern cloud services such as Exchange Online and cloud backups with a clear focus on stability, scalability and security
- Analyzing and solving hardware, software and network problems. Here you not only recognize symptoms, but also find causes
- Developing individual solutions for customers - from concept to implementation
- Configuration and administration of complex network and IT infrastructures (servers, virtualization, storage, VLAN, routing, NAT, etc.)
- Implementation and optimization of IT security measures and resolution of security incidents
- Supporting the team with IT issues
- Time to fix problems and not just fix them quickly
- You have already seen many systems and solved many things - it doesn't matter whether you learned this as an IT specialist, freelancer or career changer
- You design solutions instead of workarounds
- You have knowledge in the migration of servers and clients in SMEs
- You are familiar with firewalls (ideally Sophos or Securepoint) - VLAN, routing, NAT are not buzzwords for you
- You have sound experience with virtualization (HyperV, VMware or Proxmox)
- You have already carried out migrations to Exchange Online
- You are confident in using PowerShell
- Experience with Mailstore
- Experience with Intune or other MDM software
- Experience with Citrix
- Class B driver's license
