- Strong expertise in Python and deployment of AI and machine learning models.

- Demonstrated experience with AI and machine learning applications in industrial processes.

- Familiarity with cheminformatics and chemical knowledge is a plus.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technology management.
