Tasks

• Support in recording and documenting business requirements.
• Analyzing and evaluating existing business processes, systems and data to identify optimization potential.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and process improvements.
• Performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights to support business decisions.
• Contribute ideas to optimize and enhance existing measures and reporting structures.
• Reporting, measure controlling, KPI & performance management within the operational areas.
• Performing market analysis and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Support in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that developed solutions meet the defined requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in business administration, business informatics, management, economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, critical questioning, commercial understanding and the ability to provide practical solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with Excel, Google Workspace , SQL and data visualization tools.
• First experiences with business analysis methods and techniques.
• Detail orientation with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project management principles is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
