Intern (m/f/d) IT Support

We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Support Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in IT operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, IT systems administration, and process documentation in a real-world business environment.

Your Tasks

• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, basic troubleshooting, and device allocation
• Help document workflows and standard operating procedures for IT operations
• Support the IT team in resolving help desk tickets and providing technical assistance to end-users
• Learn to assist in the management of Microsoft 365 accounts, including account creation and license tracking
• Support basic Active Directory tasks such as resetting passwords or modifying group memberships under supervision
• Help maintain and organize the IT hardware inventory
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Support software installations and updates across user devices
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure software tools are functioning properly and meeting user needs
• Work under the guidance of experienced IT professionals
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to build your knowledge and skills in IT support
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common software applications
• Interest in IT support and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Active Directory (desirable)
• Desirable previous experience in a help desk or technical support environment (even informal or educational)
