Task Responsibilities:

Cargolux, with the headquarter located at the Luxemburg Airport has five stations within Germany.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated:

Officer Administration Germany (w/m/d) in full-time or part-time 80% (32 Std./Woche min.)

located in Frankfurt am Main.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Process invoices, expenses and other finicial documentation related to Germany
• Maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure resources are adequately stocked and available
• Support and coordinate payroll cycles, personnel administration and compliance with local HR policies
• Oversee record-keeping and lease contracts for offices, rental cars, and phone contracts
• Assisting in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
• Act as a backup for the Manager during periods of absence to ensure continutity in criticial processes
• Propose and implement improvements to adminstrative efficiency
• Ensure timely support for projects
• Contact person for our headquarter as well as for external partners
• Planning and organizing team events
  
  

Essential Requirements For The Position:

Your profile:

• Bachelor´s degree in business administration, economics, business or similar
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Responsible and reliable, strong organizational and communication skills
• You are passionate about people and administration, are a fast learner and eager to take over responsibility
• English and German fluency is a must
