Location: Heidelberg, Germany (On-site Focus)
We are looking to fill this position immediately.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and technical support to our ADC Chemistry Department.
- Perform and optimize organic chemical reactions, including ADC payload syntheses.
- Purify organic compounds using established methods.
- Apply standard analytical techniques for compound evaluation.
- Independently evaluate, document, and present experimental results.
- Master's degree in Organic Chemistry or completed vocational training as a CTA (Chemical Technical Assistant) or Chemistry Laboratory Technician, with relevant professional experience.
- Strong practical expertise in organic synthesis.
- Confident and safe handling of toxic substances.
- Hands-on experience with common purification methods and standard analytical techniques.
- Strong organizational skills, a motivated attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to working on applied and research-related projects within a team environment.
- Good command of English, as it is the company's working language.
- Solid proficiency in MS Office and ChemDraw.
